Junior Intelligence Analyst at Irdeto

The Role: 

The new digital world has been a boon to business and to bad guys who “take what they can and give nothing back”. As a Junior Intelligence Analyst in Irdeto’s Cyber Services Team, you will be part of a globally distributed team that is in the mission to fight Intellectual Property, Trademark abuse and Cybercrime.  You will also be responsible for ensuring all the hard work IP owners worldwide are protected and not hijacked by pirates.  

In this role you will be joining our Video Entertainment team. Conditional access remains key to what we do; from managing new technology implementations, combating online piracy, offering anti-cheat methods for gaming to supporting customers’ demand for high-quality multi-screen experiences Irdeto deliver to a global customer base.  

Your mission at Irdeto: 

• Review, analyze and, where needed, acquire and test various threats affecting our customer’s Intellectual Property and Security published online in public and private forums 
• Write meaningful reports detailing threats found against the customer and any actions Irdeto has performed to mitigate them as per agreed upon with the customer. 
• Collect and analyze OSINT and HUMINT and produce detailed reports and recommendations.  
• Identify patterns in the data and highlight the most egregious repeat offenders to customers. 
• Forge and maintain relationships with various platforms and social media’s point of contacts. 
• Support delivery of deliverables according to agreed upon Statement of Works. 
• Participate and present in customer meetings (1-3) over video conference. 
• Work on other duties as assigned.

• A passion for solving problems. 
• Experience with gathering intelligence and conducting enforcement on social media platforms, ecommerce platforms and messaging platforms for IP owners. 
• Knowledge of how the Internet works. 
• Knowledge of Windows systems a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
