JOB SUMMARY

• Junior IT Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the Manager in gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and needs.
• The person should have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Documentation of Test Plans , implementation plan and coordination of testing effort.
• Assist with producing reports on application development and implementation.
• Monitor all phases of project such as managing all requirements and perform analysis.
• Analyse client requirement and prepare require documents for business processes.
• Coordinate with functional departments and end users, analyse requirements and prepare necessary documents and diagrams.
• Monitor complex projects and prepare cost effective business cases.
• Coordinate with IT team to develop schedule and deadlines according to project requirement.
• Maintain and update documents for system and business processes.
• Identifies and examines business needs.
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
• Assist with designing training materials and prepare technical documents.
• Monitor all resource requirements and ensure appropriate support.
• Manage customer inquiries and developer issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric
• Diploma/ B Com in Information Technology
• Business Analysis courses (Added Advantage)

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 1 to 2 years working experiance
• Product Analysis experience
• Data testing experience
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Proficiency with MS Office
