Junior PMO Analyst at Vistex

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource on-boarding and training activities
• Assist Solution Delivery Manager with facilitating and coordinating project and support activities including project feedback, roll-offs, schedules, analysis, and tracking
• Support initiatives for continuous process improvements
• Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review Field Support initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Assist in maintaining Vistex CRM application (Kimble) and generating required reports
• Manage resource feedback process
• Facilitate Field Support Issue resolution by monitoring progress and performing follow up activities as needed
• Resource Management support which includes, but not limited to, Mentor Program and Consultant Skills Development
• Update SharePoint files as needed
• Provide backup and support for other team members in Solution Delivery as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in PMO, Resource Management or IT consulting support environment with experience in Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint required
• The successful candidate will have a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work as a team player.
• The nature of the work will require that the candidate demonstrate initiative and responsibility, as well as be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment.
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and able to solve practical problems.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency
• Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
• Effective communication, writing and grammar skills, paying great attention to detail
• Experience handling software IT projects preferred
• Experience in SAP/ERP environment preferred
• Experience working in consulting services preferred
