Junior Project Manager - Cape Town CBD at Vantage Debt Management

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a project management role.
• Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector is a plus.
• Completion of a recognized project management course or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Coursera).
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com).
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
