Junior Project Manager - Sea Point at RSAWEB

Key objectives:

• Providing daily administrative support tasks such as data capturing and proofreading of documents.
• Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks and activities among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engaging with and providing continuous feedback to stakeholders regarding installations.
• Maintain project documentation plans, schedules and reports
• Schedule appointments, update and maintain appointment calendars.
• Track timelines
• Assess in identifying project risks
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Contribute to resolving project related issues.
• Meeting minute taking.
• And any other reasonable task

Requirements

• Completed tertiary qualification in IT or Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise connectivity, Voip, Cloud and related products.
• Demonstrated experience of working as part of a team delivering complex tasks
