Roles and Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and strategic counsel on labor law matters, including the drafting and review of comprehensive labor policies and employment contracts to ensure effective compliance.
Perform comprehensive compliance audits to verify employers' adherence to labor laws, pinpoint areas requiring improvement, and institute measures to enhance overall compliance.
Offer training in disciplinary hearing procedures, oversee fair processes as a chair, and provide guidance on retrenchment processes, including strategies and negotiations.
Advocate for employers in CCMA and Labour Court litigation, presenting compelling legal arguments and evidence.
Offer a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing legal support, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring continuous compliance.
Invite employers for a complimentary assessment, customizing services to meet specific needs and addressing unique requirements with personalized legal solutions.
Furnish employees with extensive advice on labor law matters, delivering insights into their legal rights and protections within the workplace.
Refer and represent employees in disputes at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils, safeguarding their interests throughout the resolution proceedings.
Advocate for employees in legal proceedings, encompassing CCMA and Labour Court litigation, by presenting compelling legal arguments and evidence in their support.
