In this role you are responsible for the allocation of Truck Helpers and both daily and seasonal casual staff to departments in order to fulfill operational requirements
You are also responsible for fulfilling an HR liaison role between the organisation and employees to ensure that HR Practices are upheld at Centres.
To offer support to staff and to assist in meeting operational requirements in terms of allocation of Truck Helpers and Casual staff
Play liaison between employee and company (well-being of staff)

Allocate Truck Helpers to Drivers
Allocation of daily casuals and seasonal helpers to departments excluding truck helpers
Processing of time sheets for wages and commissions
Completion of Daily Casual Explanations sheet at Month-end (vs. budgeted days)
Supervise Staff
Order protective clothing and ensure worn according to company standards
