Lead Process Engineer 

• Working experience of 5 to 9 years’ as a process engineer , preferably as Lead
• Experience in capital market banking operations required; especially equity product/processes and Hedge fund is preferred
• Experience in communication with different teams and at various levels within an organization
• Define business processes and frameworks
• Need to demonstrate design thinking
• Should be able to develop procedure manuals
• Should be able to develop Target Operating models
• Define road-map for various initiatives within the Bank
• Need to understand process analysis techniques
• Individual needs to be self-starter and highly motivated
• Advantageous: Lean/ Six Sigma
