Lead Solar Installation Electrician at Pollock & Associates

You will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of residential and light commercial grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) systems.
 

• Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will coordinate with crew members to ensure the successful delivery of fully operational PV systems, adhering to the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards, in alignment with SANS guidelines and project specifications.
•  You should possess at least three years of solar installation experience, and a holder of a AREP/SAPVIA PV Green Card Certification and a QCTO Red Seal Electrician Certification in South Africa. 

The role demands strong electrical expertise, and extensive experience in solar installations (both roof and ground mount systems). Experience with micro and string inverters as well as setting up monitoring systems. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers.
