Learner Firefighter (x4) at Dawid Kruiper Municipality

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• A valid driver’s license will be an advantage
• No criminal record (Clean SAP69)
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be physically fit to perform duties (subject to a fitness evaluation test)

Key Performance Areas:

• Participate in firefighting and rescue operations
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of firefighting equipment and vehicles
• Assist with fire prevention campaigns
• Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of the fire station
• Support control room operations during the absence of operators
• Participate in and actively engage in training exercises and drills

Salary Scale:
R 214,584 – R 241,116 per annum
