    Learning Coordinator

    • This role requires a Learning Coordinator who will ensure that there is coordination amongst the task between the EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.
    • You will be accountable for the administrative support for the Group’s Learning ecosystem to achieve delivery targets and SLAs by providing team objectives, direction and continuous feedback on progress.
    • The incumbent will coordinate and coach the global teams to be passionate about providing a superior service and Learner experience, build and develop relationships within a complex business environment across various levels of seniority across multiple geographies.
    • As part of your responsibilities, you will ensure that Learning catalogues and inventory are maintained within the Learning ecosystem to the required service level agreement (SLA), also ensure all teams are right sized to deliver operational excellence, based on workforce training plan information from managers of Group Functions and Business Units
    • Finally develop, maintain high standards of governance across the learning process in line with Group Learning’s policies and frameworks and deliver monthly KPI reporting inputs to enable a global view of activities of Global Shared Services from a Learning perspective.

    This role is in the Global Shared Services Human Resources department at a Band 6 level reporting to the Global Learning Support Superintendent.
    Qualifications
    You will need the following:

    • A relevant HR/ Industrial Psychology Bachelor’s Degree

    Experience:

    • 5+ years’ experience with at least 3 years at a supervisory level in managing service delivery teams preferably Learning (training) administration support
    • Working experience of Success Factors LMS and SAP
    • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, leading and motivating teams
    • Strong PC skills, with a confident approach working with MS Office and Learning systems
    • Comfortable managing global teams with excellent collaboration and motivational skills
    • Ability to coach and mentor team across multiple geographies
    • Understanding of the Shared Services environment
