Job Description & Summary

Job Description
Risk & Quality:
Bi-monthly Risk Management reporting for Archiving stats and A&C Assessments Overdue & Due using PowerBI/Workbench (A&C - fix naming conventions)
Paper file management cleanup
Ongoing data compliance monitoring
Perform information security checks
Assist Partners with their training transcript administration for CPD compliance.
Assist partners with submission of hours to IRBA
External events & conferences:
IFRS electronic invites & management of Client registrations
Clients creation, project codes create in ServiceNow, Invoicing and payment management (follow up on outstanding billings and confirm receipts)
Logging of VAT update requests, name and or address change requests etc
Using Engagement Management Automation / EM Bot or Chatbot (EMA)
CPD certificates, name tags, attendance registers
VIP client care during the event - be available and visible to assist with any issues at both Cape Town and Stellenbosch Office.
SAICA:
Processing ITC and APC Saica exam registration fees
Processing Board Course and APT course fees (ITC & APC)
Arrange in-house sessions (if any)
Training room management:
Bookings in diary for internal and external events
Meeting room and training room bookings e.g Core Assurance training
Overseeing training room assistant and communication on room setup requirements e.g white board/flip charts clean, new koki’s, sounds working, handouts etc
Training support (Shared responsibilities - New Intake training):
Create sessions on Vantage/Cornerstone
Ensure presenters have access to Attend / provide Attend codes ahead of time
Targeting for sessions
Booking participants onto sessions
Marking off completions & attendance if Attend was not used correctly
Movement of participants between sessions
Pulling evaluation reports post events
Assist practice with ad hoc queries on learning records, attendance, targets etc
Assist with Vantage queries for the Western Cape region.
Monitor timely completion of elearings
R&Q Events / Core Assurance training:(Shared responsibilities)
Obtain quotes & agree menu with course owner
Complete function forms for Compass/caterers
Meal vouchers for small events
Oversee lunch time in the canteen - quality & quantity of training meals
Printing/handouts for training
Name tags for specific events e.g new Intake
Binding & laminating when needed
Bookings & payments, flights, accommodation, car hire, parking at airport etc
