Lease Analyst - Cape Town at MRI Software

Lease Analyst Responsibilities:

• Read/comprehend contract documents and invoices
• Conduct data entry into relevant MRI software
• Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders
• Knowledge of MRI Occupier software is a plus

Experience:

• 1-2 years of related professional experience
• Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
• Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential (Horizon / Prolease / etc)

Skills:

• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Customer service and team orientation with the ability to adapt to changing environment
• Priority setting, organization, and time-management skills
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and technology applications
