JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key performance areas include but are not limited to:

• Teaching and coordinating subjects as delegated by the head of department.
• Providing academic support to learners.
• Participating in national and/or international conferences and producing accredited research outputs.
• Participating in departmental community engagement flagship projects.
• Participating in subject advisory committee meetings.
• Liaising with industry and other stakeholders to improve the quality and standard of services delivered and keeping abreast of developments in the legal field.
• Compiling and offering relevant short courses.
• Developing new Law qualifications. 

APPLICATION CRITERIA:

Qualifications and Experience:

• A completed LLM Degree.
• A minimum of two years teaching at tertiary level, or industrial/practice experience.
• Evidence of research publications and academic conference papers will be an added advantage.
• Admittance as an attorney or advocate will be an added advantage.
• A recognised, appropriate teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
