Legal Advisor

Description
- Develop policies and processes that support CSOS reporting through proper documentation and data management.
- Provide legal advice to CSOS through research to assist HR in handling labour issues and assist in CSOS compliance with various legal requirements.
- Provide legal opinions and comment on relevant Legislation through research and analysis of case law implications.
- Litigation and vetting and drafting contracts.
Requirements
- LLB or Equivalent
- minimum of 3 - 5years post admission experience as an attorney or advocate of the High Court of South Africa
Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of labour law
- Knowledge of company law
- Knowledge of good governance.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Policy Development.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of labour law
- Knowledge of company law
- Knowledge of good governance.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
