Legal Secretary:Foreclosures at LGR Incorporated

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented legal professional seeking a dynamic role in Foreclosures? We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team, specialising in Foreclosures. As a crucial support member, you will play a pivotal role in managing legal documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless operations within our foreclosure practice.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Matric.
• 3 years previous experience in banking litigation especially in Sale in Execution, Rule 46(11) Applications, Rule 46(9)(d) Applications and Warrant of Attachments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Drafting of Warrants of Executions, Notice and Conditions of Sale, Rule 46A Applications, and all other banking litigation related documentation.
• Possess intricate knowledge about the entire Rule 46 and the timelines mentioned therein.
• Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
• Ability to adhere to strict turnaround times.
• Ability to consult with banks and debtors.
• Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Persuasive communication skills.
• Administratively strong.
• Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in working on GhostPractice legal software, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage.
