Job Description

• BKB is looking for an energetic Loadmaster to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt, loading and offloading of livestock, as well as building pens, for Special and Stud auctions and to ensure that all auctions run smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:

• Grade 12
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Livestock environment
• Valid EC license
• Valid PDP (Public Driver’s Permit)
• Prepared to work long hours and willing to travel
• Must be fully bilingual and conversant in Afrikaans & English

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Description

• The incumbent would provide an efficient maintenance support service through the successful implementation, managing and carrying out of breakdowns, changeovers, control and direct the activities of subordinates and external contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of all machines and services for production.
• This involves implementing, managing and carrying out: breakdowns, changeovers, preventative maintenance, safety requirements, product development initiatives, and budget control and productivity savings initiatives. Also to draft and maintain the critical spares list.

Required minimum education/Training and Work Experience:

• Grade 12, preferably with Maths and Science
• Qualified Fitter/Boiler Maker
• At least 3-5 years hands-on experience in a FMCG environment, preferably from milling industry.
• Good understanding of PLC’s
• Exposure to food safety audits

Knowledge     

• Good understanding of LRA, OHS Act and Food Safety

• The forecourt cashier is responsible to process all cash/card transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The jobholder will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
• Duties and responsibilities of the cashier will include greeting customers when entering or leaving the store, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash and card transactions.

Job Requirements:
