Our successful Leisure Supervisor:

• Assist in exercising controls over cash, inventory, stock, and associated documentation for Reception, Shop, Bar, and Padel Courts.
• Check and manage stock levels, and complete daily orders.
• Ensure handovers are conducted between shifts at all levels and respond to requests promptly.
• Report all building and general maintenance issues and ensure timeous execution.
• Assist in planning, executing, and following through on all special events, birthday parties, school groups, and educational groups.
• Assist with team member training, scheduling, and induction as required.
• Ensure the day-to-day preparation, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all Leisure Areas are up to standard.
• Supervise Leisure team members to ensure efficient operations and high service levels are maintained.
• Resolve complaints and challenges promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent
• Good customer service skills
• Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
• Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage
