    LMS Administrator

    As the LMS Administrator for PXA, you will support all LMS functions for our LMS, Intellum.

    Responsibilities

    • This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all training requests and successful maintenance of the LMS for PXA.
    • This position works with Department Managers to maintain current and accurate training curriculum(s) and assignments for PXA employees.
    • This position will provide technical support to the business as required for use of the Learning Management System Intellum).
    • The specialist assists in determining training solutions that adhere to the Site Training program.
    • Engage with a variety of stakeholders to assess the business requirements of impact.com to build, manage and maintain key functionality, data and reports.
    • Must have the ability to communicate information across all employee levels.
    • This position reports to the ID Managers, PXA.
    • Work closely with the PXA Team and other stakeholders on an international scale, to ensure the system is adequately providing the training required with excellent user experience in mind.
    • Support the continuous improvement of our learning & development ways of working and governance structures.
    • Explore, test, and recommend system developments and enhancements to resolve key issues and enhance the learner experience.
    • Troubleshoot technical matters, and work with the LMS provider to resolve them, providing relevant and insightful feedback to PXA ID Managers that promotes continuous improvement.
    • Must be solution-focused, with a tenacity for problem-solving to quickly resolve any systems issues that arise

    Does this sound like you?

    • Have 2-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) / Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) along with experience with Zoom and video conferencing software.
    • Must have basic LMS quality knowledge.
    • Have an understanding of eLearning content development standards (e.g. SCORM, xAPI) and deployment of content via a Learning Management System and other portals.
    • Intermediate skills to navigate Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Must be able to properly communicate e-mails and routine business matters with management with a high level of accuracy.
    • Have experience in managing a project, including communications and stakeholder management.
    • Must demonstrate basic writing skills and be able to follow technical reports.
    • Must be action-oriented and customer-focused and possess learning agility.
    • Excellent organizational and written skills.
    • Ability to work independently, and have a high degree of accountability and accuracy of work.
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Have a track record of taking the lead in solving problems and driving results quickly.
