Job Overview:
- Report to shift Supervisor. Operate fawema machine. Checked machine to identify what product is in machine. Checked packing material according to spec product.
- Report to shift Supervisor
- Operate fawema machine
- Checked machine to identify what product is in machine
- Checked packing material according to spec product
- Visually inspected and felt texture and quality of product
- Started up the machine according to manual specifications
- Placed packing material in magazine check dates and best before dates is correct
- check weight of product packed
- check that metal detector is in working order
- check glue seals is correct
- Must be able to do palletizing
- HACCP, GMP’s, safety and hygiene compliance
Qualifications
- Matric/N3
- 1-year FMCG experience
- Knowledge of the Food Safety and Hygiene procedures
- Ability to work in heated areas
