Maintenance / Facilities Administrator at Trafalgar Property and Financial Services

The main objectives of the Maintenance / Facilities Administrator will be:

• Effective utilization of the systems provided
• Participate in and play an active role in the Division’s overall strategy and objectives
• Logging of maintenance jobs
• Logging of all maintenance calls/ requests
• Handling all maintenance queries
• Liaise with the maintenance contractors
• Follow up on completion times
• Finalization of all maintenance jobs
• Liaising with clients
• Liaise with Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators
• Sending outstanding job list to PM’s & PA’s
• Keeping track and update of the Preferred Contractors List
• Assisting with obtaining quotes
• Regular site visits to managed properties to compile maintenance reports
• Compilation of desktop quotations for budgetary purposes where possible

Minimum Experience required by the position:

• Matriculation
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Previous experience in property maintenance administration essential
• Good communication Skills
• Must work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Detailed understanding and application of the maintenance of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act
