    Manager: Administration - HHL Irene

    • The purpose of the job is to oversee the administrative operations of the store, while ensuring the companies policies and procedures are adhered to.

    Job Description

    • Provide administrative support
    • Manage Cashflow and Petty Cash
    • Planning, organising and executing admin
    • Recordkeeping
    • Retrieving files
    • Filing correspondence
    • Queries resolution and Compiling reports
    • Quality Control of filing system
    • Archive files
    • Training new employees
    • To uphold and promote the company values and culture

    Job Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • NQF - Level 5
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Good time management, organising and leadership skills
    • Basic computer skills/ Computer literacy (MS Outlook, word and excel)
