Job Description
- To develop and own the product roadmaps and guide the development of fit-for-purpose solutions for a product cluster/s. Drive product profitability and ensure risk management execution in alignment with segment value propositions and country strategies.
- To lead and manage the design, development, growth and portfolio management of an allocated product portfolio, to reach business targets, obtain dominant market share & deliver shareholder value while managing the risks aligned to Business and Commercial Banking objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Commerce Degree
Experience
- 8-10 years experience in product management by managing multiple products
- Experience in leadership, banking, product knowledge and data interpretation will be beneficial
