Leadership: Fosters an engaging work culture by encouraging innovation, teamwork, and personal commitment. Recruits, manages and is responsible for branch resources, e.g. staff, labour, stockholding, transport etc, and ensures they receive necessary training as certifications.
Inventory Management: Ensure stock holding and accuracy is within range for effective customer, special sales activities and market analysis for all product lines. Supports remote inventories, working directly with and supporting Sales and Operations Planning (Supply Chain).
Sales & Customer Service: Customer focused, responsible for managing and providing professional and efficient customer service for region. Play an active role in direct sales activities for acquiring new business through selling new products to diversify product offerings. Provide technical assistance and after sales service to clients.
Financial Management: Responsible for driving and delivering key financial results, expanding core and complementary products and services; maximizing sales year over year while ensuring and maintaining appropriate profit margins. Maximize service labour and profitability growing services and brownfields.
Market & Site Strategy: Develops and implements strategic business plans in support of business growth and develop and implement sales strategy and plan, supporting necessary forecasts. Rationalisation of products and promote new Technology for the territory increase in process engineering services offered to customers transforming the branch to a solution provider.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
Ten or more years of mining 10 years’ experience with Mechanical and/or Process equipment
Proven management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and customers
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities and business acumen
Commercially and financially aware with experience of managing budgets and contract management
