You’ll own and evolve our visual identity and design systems, help set the standard for future-fit design, and lead a high-performance team that crafts outstanding, human-centred work.

Pandrtner with the ECD to define and drive Capitec’s creative direction
Own a evolve our visual identity and design systems
Lead and inspire a high-performing design team to create world-class work
Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity and constant growth
Champion creative excellence and push boundaries with every brief
Collaborate across copy, product, CX, UX and marketing to deliver integrated, insight-led solutions
Stay ahead of design trends and guide the team in experimenting, learning and staying future fit
What you’ll bring
10+ years in brand, graphic, or visual design, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
A portfolio that reflects strong conceptual thinking and refined craft across brand and digital
Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing design teams
Motion graphics and animation experience
Deep understanding of design systems, brand building and creative operations
Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and a love for innovation
Leadership qualities that energise teams and elevate the work
