    Manager Digital Product Marketing

    Key Performance Objectives

    Digital Product Marketing Strategy

    • Develop and execute digital product marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and user experience.
    • Develop a content strategy that aligns with user needs and supports their journey through the product.

    SEO Development

    • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, drive organic traffic growth, and increase visibility in search engine results pages.
    • Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content that addresses user queries and needs.
    • Conduct content audits to identify gaps or opportunities for new content.
    • Optimizing content for voice search by ensuring focus on natural language and answering commonly asked questions.
    • Implement structured data markup to provide search engines with more information about your content, leading to rich snippets in Search Engine Results Pages.

    User Experience Design

    • Prioritize and enhance user experiences through exceptional page design and content to ensure a seamless customer journey and ultimately drive conversions.
    • Assess the overall user experience using metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and User Satisfaction (USAT) using insights to elevate the user experience.
    • Regularly validate and update user personas based on new insights and changes in user behavior.
    • Create user journey maps to visualize the end-to-end experience of users, including touchpoints, emotions, and pain points.
    • Identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
    • Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content that addresses user queries and needs.
    • Improve the overall user experience of the website by optimizing navigation, site structure, and user interface design.

    Landing Page and Website Maintenance

    • Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing pages to effectively showcase our digital products and drive conversions.
    • Ensure the website is protected from security threats and vulnerabilities to maintain trust with both users and search engines.
    • Collaborate with web development teams to ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our marketing goals.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise in digital product marketing and enhance our online presence.
    • Collaborate across marketing and content departments to manage SEO strategy and execution thereof.
    • Closely collaborate with web development and product team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content.

    People Management

    • Manage and mentor a team of Digital Product Marketing Specialists and SEO Specialists.
    • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to drive team performance and success.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
    • Approve leave requests for team members and create leave plan to ensure adequate coverage.
    • When required, initiate disciplinary processes for team members calling on support from Human Capital when required.
    • Resolve grievances raised by team members and escalate only if required.
    • Address the poor performance of any team member through the formal Performance Improvement program and ensure that continued poor performance is appropriately dealt with.

    Collaboration with Agencies and Vendors:

    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise in digital product marketing and enhance our online presence.

    Qualifications Essentials

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

    Experience

    • 5-8 years’ experience in Digital Product Marketing or related field
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, CMS management, and page optimization
    • Excellent Project Management
    • Effectively Managing 3rd party Vendors and Agencies to deliver additional value for the business
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Proficiency in SEO strategies
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Creative and analytical skills to optimize marketing pages and enhance user experiences.
    • Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus

    Technical Competencies

    • Project Management. Project management tools; Trello, ClickUp, Phabricator
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
    • Proficiency in web design and development, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design software
