What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development of the annual and longer-term business plans for the EIH business unit, ensuring alignment with New Business strategies
• Design, develop and ensure delivery of the EIH marketing strategy and the rental pricing strategy
• Ensure alignment of strategic goals of EIH to the overall Engen business strategy
• Manage the site lease agreements and Service Level Agreements
• Ensure proactive business risk identification and management of risk treatment strategy and develop and manage risk management plan for EIH
• Ensure that tenant companies reduce carbon emissions
• Each Tenant to ensure that they adhere to all legal compliance and licence requirements
• Manage the site Asset Integrity and Reliability programme for all equipment (mechanical, Electrical substations and Instrument and Control Systems)

What you’ll have done before:

Baseline:

• NQF Level 7 (Degree in Engineering/ Finance/ Commerce/ Law)
• 10 years’ experience in managing and providing technical advisory in Finance Management/ Business Management/ Contract Management
• 5 years People Management / Leadership experience (Managing Managers)
• Experience in Planning, Managing & Organising resources
• Contract Negotiation & Lease Agreements experience
• Experience in managing environmental regulations for a large industrial site

Advantageous:

• MBA/ CA (SA)
• Experience in B2B Marketing Strategy Development 
• Experience in exerting influence to Senior Leadership
