    Manager: Employee Relations - Klerksdorp

    Description

    • Senwes is looking for an experienced Manager: Employee Relations to provide oversight, expert legal guidance, and hands-on support to management and HR teams in all matters relating to labour law compliance, dispute resolution, union engagement, and workplace governance.
    • Providing oversight of the Group’s ER framework.
    • Ensuring compliance with labour legislation and regulatory requirements.
    • Managing disputes and representing the organisation at statutory bodies (e.g., CCMA).
    • Mitigating industrial action risks.
    • Empowering leaders and HR practitioners with expert ER knowledge and support.
    • Proactively assess legislative developments and recommend appropriate responses.
    • Serve as HR compliance officer for ER-related matters.
    • Workplace relationship management
    • Participate in wage negotiations and compilation of agreements.
    • Develop business strike contingency plans and assess industrial action risks.
    • Oversee and support employee forums and long-term engagement strategies.
    • Implement and maintain a comprehensive ER administration and reporting system.

    Requirements

    • B-Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Industrial Relations Management.
    • Proven knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
    • Knowledge of Bargaining Council policies and procedures.
    • Ability to manage complex negotiations and disputes.
