    Manager | Forensics | Crisis Preparation and Management

    Your main role will be to support leadership in the implementation of the strategic Advisory and Forensic Services plan. Focus on the management and delivery of client engagements and ensuring compliance with operational excellence. Develop high-performing people, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.

    • Excellent writing skills and the preparation of final draft deliverables
    • Manage and supervise junior staff on engagements and delegate work effectively to meet the timeframes of engagements(s)
    • Manage Risk & Quality to ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures
    • Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
    • Build a client base both internal (cross functional) and external relationships
    • Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
    • Logical reasoning, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
    • Open-minded, practical and agile with change
    • Ability to cope with multiple conflicting client demands through managing time and prioritizing deliverables and tasks whilst delivering high quality deliverables
    • Strong investigative and interviewing skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
    • Desire to network and participate in market facing activities
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Understand of technical competencies (i.e. data analytics software and other tools)

    Experience:

    • ±3 years’ experience related to accounting, forensic accounting and/or investigations
    • Demonstrated experience delivering a broad range of innovative and value-added services

    Minimum Qualification

    • Professional qualification, Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE) is required
