    Manager III, Decision Support

    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated, proactive and collaborative finance business partner to join the Global Operations Finance team in an exciting and transformational time. You will be part of a truly global team covering a broad range of financial and commercial disciplines and have a genuine opportunity to influence the future of Global Operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Finance Business Partner to the SVP Global Customer Operations (GCO) and VP Global Operations Data, Analytics and Services (GODAS), providing expert insights and support
    • Partner with VP’s and Senior Management to deliver financial results and drive initiatives. You’re comfortable with both digging into details and thinking about the big picture and an agent of change willing to challenge the status Quo.
    • confident in using data in decision making while seamlessly using your finance background to link financials with operational and other data.
    • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecast processes for GCO and GODAS as well central areas of Global Operations
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management
    • Drive optimization, AI and cost reduction initiatives to ensure financial targets are achieved
    • Providing timely, sound and actionable financial recommendations from insights on scenarios of future performance.
    • Deliver enhanced insight on cost drivers and develop financial metrics providing constructed recommendations for actions.
    • Following internal controls and procedures to comply data integrity and consistency to give insight for the annual audits.
    • Developing excellent relations and maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years post qualification experience (CMA/CPA/ACA equivalent)
    • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, with a track record of delivering results and driving financial performance
    • In depth knowledge of finance, accounting principles, financial regulations, and risk management practices
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to effectively influence decision-making at the executive level
    • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience of achieving results in an international environment, with appreciation of differences in culture and legal frameworks
    • Ability to look beyond the financials, linking financials with metrics and other data to drive results
    • Proactive and curious mindset
