Qualification Requirements

• Degree/diploma in HR Management, HR Development, Project Management, or a related field.
• NQF 5 skills program: Skills Development Facilitator certification is essential

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a qualified & registered and accredited Skills Development Facilitator (preferably within the FMCG sector).
• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in HR/LD administration roles would be advantageous.

Key Outputs

• Support the execution of the L&D strategy by managing national projects and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop and enhance learning and development management systems and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and control training budgets, track expenses, and provide insights to support budget optimisation.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs).
• Foster stakeholder relationships internally and externally to facilitate project success and stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the optimisation of tax rebate opportunities for learning programs.
• Annual compliance reporting (WSP/ATR; BBBEE reporting, Tax submissions)
