Marketing Assistant at Ten Group

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Conducting market research and analyzing data
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories
• Building, mining and scrubbing various databases
• Building and compiling campaign reports
• Creating social media content schedules
• Posting to and monitoring of the B2B Facebook page
• Prepare and deliver post-campaign presentations
• Write marketing literature (blogs, social posts etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• An understanding of performance media (Facebook & Google), email communication strategies, overall digital insights & analytics (Google Analytics) and CRM/Automation tools such as Hubspot.
• Good communication and people skills
• Relevant Marketing tertiary education is preferable
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Power point, and Word)
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Working knowledge of WordPress (or equivalent content publishing applications)
• Some exposure to search engine optimisation (SEO) good practices and techniques desired but not mandatory
• Advantageous would be certifications in the following disciplines: Google Adwords; Facebook Blueprint; Social media analyses; Hubspot
