Develop winning Brand Communication and Digital Strategies. Turn them into plans and Execute.
Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns and retail partner programs as needed.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Partner with creative team to craft and deploy marketing communications; Act as a consultative resource and subject matter expert for all content creation to support digital marketing activities.
Own, monitor and report on all aspects of digital marketing performance; contributing to omni-channel marketing calendar including website updates, emails, and retail partner integration
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Establish process and be main point of contact for retail partner program and content propagation.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate and build relationships with agencies, internal stakeholders, and key retail partner contacts.
Evaluate emerging technologies
Provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
Responsible for communication of campaign details, rationale, and implementation across agency partners, key internal stakeholders.
Content and website management
Optimizing the content on brand websites, retailer’s websites, digital campaigns and social networks. This incl. rewriting content, adding and translating new, reformatting videos and photos.
SEO management
Conducting an audit of the three brand websites with keyword research, optimizing important pages and creating content with the Product Marketing Managers to improve our SEO ranking
Digital and Email campaigns
Writing agency brief, coordinating the campaign, creating banners with a web designer/ external agencies. Define KPI’s, monitor performance and report results
Specific website management
Countries which have clubs, or cooking classes website – management and update of information
Community management / Social Media
Managing agency, animating the Facebook page, updating other social media sites, digital PR
Monthly reporting
To keep the company informed on the online traffic, activities and results for each brand
Ecommerce management
Implementation of HQ advice on local site
Key Competencies and requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute well thought-out and organized marketing plans and strategies
Proven understanding of managing social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Proven and strong understanding of current practices in digital marketing, social media and advertising
Strong organizational skills with sharp focus on detail, accuracy and accountability
Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with diverse internal stakeholders
Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with marketing and other creative teams
