Marketing Coordinator at BDO South Africa

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event coordination for Johannesburg office events (internal and external marketing events) as well as national roadshows and conferences
• Assistance with graduate recruitment marketing
• CRM database management
• Coordinating of Promotional items
• Brand management 

QUALIFICATIONS
BCom or BA Marketing or IMM Diploma
 
EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

• +/- 5 years in an events coordinator role
• Experience in a professional services firm would be advantageous
• Microsoft office proficiency (Powerpoint and Excel in particular) and ability to learn how to use new digital platforms (CRM, Maconomy, etc)
• Organised, energetic and structured, with initiative
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Excellent written and spoken English communication, time management, social awareness, attention to detail
• Budget management

There may be occasional local travel to other BDO regions.

Salary is market-related and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The appointment will be made in terms of the firm’s Employment Equity Policy.
