    Marketing Coordinator

    Key Responsbilities:

    Digital Marketing & Paid Media

    • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive lead generation and conversions.
    • Take ownership of in-house campaign management, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize ad spend, targeting, lead generation and creative performance for maximum impact.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, audience segments, and ad formats for maximum conversion rates.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (cost per acquisition, cost per sale, lead quality, conversion rates, CPC, CTR and ROI) to continuously optimize and improve results. 

    Social Media & Content Strategy

    • Manage getWorth’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube) with engaging content tailored for the used car market and manage community engagement.
    • Work with the creative team to develop eye-catching ads, educational content, video campaigns and promotions.
    • Keep a pulse on automotive trends, competitor strategies and customer behavior to refine targeting and messaging.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Monitor Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to track performance and suggest improvements.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, lead conversion trends and engagement.
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns.
    • Work closely with sales and acquisitions teams to align marketing efforts with operational needs and showroom stock levels.

    Brand & Growth Strategy Support

    • Support the Head of Marketing in developing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Research competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.

    What we're looking for:

    • Proven experience in running high-performing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion tracking.
    • Strong experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
    • Experience in budget management and strategic ad spend allocation to maximize returns.
    • Passion for the automotive industry or the ability to quickly learn about used car sales, acquisitions and trade-ins psychology.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, paid media, or social media management
