Marketing Graduate - Johannesburg at Unique Personnel

Job Description    
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
• Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Help manage and update the company’s CRM and email marketing tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting and analysis.
• Assist with the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners or agencies as needed.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and collateral as required.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and emerging digital tools.

Inherent Requirements    
Requirements:

• A degree / diploma in Marketing (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email tools, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is desirable but not essential.
