The Marketing Manager leads the overall marketing function for the brands under their care. The successful candidate will work in partnership with our Sales Enablement, Operations, In-house studio and Agency teams, to drive brand growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes compelling, innovative, and integrated evergreen marketing communications, based on the marketing calendar
Owns all campaign & promotional rollouts, and with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensures all deadlines are adhered to, driving executional excellence
Conceptualises, briefs, and delivers creative brand-building, promotional and growth campaigns, including the creation of strong visuals and collateral to convey messaging, in collaboration with the in-house creative studio and functional experts
Budget management – Sets up budgets and manages implementation to come in on budget.
Tracks & understands key brand growth metrics (new customer acquisition & retention), and develops relevant campaigns to drives sales growth & address negative changes in key metrics
Add value strategically on all projects across the portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS
Min. 3+ years in a Group Account Director role at an agency or 1 year as a Business Unit Director role at an agency or 2 years as a senior strategist.
