Job Description
The key purpose of this role is to deliver brand Reputation integrated multi-channel strategy and approach to marketing and communications platforms for the SAB Corporate Brand.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
Strategically develops and evolves Platforms and Campaigns to ensure key Brand Health and Reputational Tracking measures are effectively driven
Leads creative and campaign process through to Big Idea with Key Visual and channel strategy
Partners with Brand Director to develop both short term and longer brand plans
Owns the establishment of synergies between Regulatory, Communities, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Regions, and agency partners to drive the Newsroom
Delivers Through the Line cost savings and efficiencies working with Procurement
Strictly manages Platforms budget line items to ensure effective and efficient marketing spend (ZBB)
Track and course-correct campaign performance of key Brand Health & Reputation KPIs
Executes the Brand Positioning Strategy and Brand Look and Feel (iconography)
Executes the Brand Communication strategy (TV, Radio, Print, Digital, Social, PR, Influencers etc.) –from big idea, KPI definition to commercial action statement –to ensure key Brand Health measures are being driven.
Executes the Connections strategy across Comms & Platforms for the brand (1:1, audience development, data activation, earned media, mobile-first, channels of influence, always on etc.) tracking against key KPIs monthly
Executes the TTL Platforms visual world –from brief to Key Visual handover
Executes the brand’s Experiential Events –from brief, activity plan, production, execution & evaluation of events & brand experiences
Leads execution with Agency stakeholders (Lead Agency, DraftLine, Vizeum) ensuring delivery of campaigns
Strictly follows PTP routines and manages budget line items to ensure effective and efficient marketing spend (ZBB)
Project manages campaign timelines, budgets and quality
Qualifications
Three-year commerce degree (major in marketing preferred)
At least 7+ years working experience on brand marketing and strategy
Experience in communications and integrated media channels
