Media Sales Executive at Hire Resolve

Job overview:

• Our client is seeking an upbeat, energetic, and sophisticated Media Sales Executive. The role focuses on driving omni-channel advertising sales across print and digital platforms, connecting premium brands to the niche décor and design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell comprehensive media packages including supplier profile pages, digital banners, social media campaigns, print advertisements, and newsletter features.
• Actively meet with clients via Zoom and face-to-face to build long-term relationships and negotiate at boardroom level.
• Conduct occasional in-person client visits to the Gauteng region (approx. 3 days every two months) and travel to other major national centres as required from June onwards.
• Represent the brand and participate in leading national décor and design shows throughout the year.
• Work proactively to meet and exceed strict sales targets and publication deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar media, digital marketing, or event sales environment (décor industry preference).
• Practical understanding of basic frontend/backend website architecture, Google Analytics, and digital performance reporting.
• Exceptional telephonic, online meeting (Zoom), and face-to-face presentation capabilities.
• High levels of self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and a genuine passion for the décor and design sector.
• Matric certificate minimum.
