What You'll Be Working On

• Build intelligent model-driven apps that drive lead management and customer engagement workflows.
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate, business rules, and custom workflows.
• Extend Dynamics functionality with custom plugins, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create sleek, high-performing user experiences.
• Leverage Microsoft Dataverse for secure, scalable data management.
• Develop custom UI components using the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• Configure and deploy the Sales, Service, and Marketing modules of Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Dynamics with external systems via REST APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Collaborate in a high-performing Agile team, leveraging DevOps pipelines and tools.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.
• IT-related Degree or Diploma.
• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.

Solid hands-on experience in:

• Model-driven app development
• Power Automate and workflow design
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Microsoft Dataverse and custom entities
• Plugin development (C#)
• PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
• Familiarity with Sales, Service, and Marketing modules within Dynamics CRM.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming (C# and/or Java).
• Experience integrating with 3rd-party services using RESTful APIs.
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams with a DevOps mindset.
