    Mid-level Recruiter (Business Development)

    Job Description

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Driving new business and onboarding potential clients

    • Provide efficient recruitment service to the business and the applicants

    • Sourcing and screening candidates whilst building and maintaining top quality talent pools

    • Conducting competency-based interviews

    • Managing the recruitment process, through to onboarding

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have Matric/ Standard 10

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Business Development space

    • Candidates must have a minimum of two years' recruiting experience

    • Candidates must understand bulk and call centre recruitment

    • An understanding of call centre agent targets would be advantageous

    • An HR qualification would be beneficial

    • An understanding of recruitment methodologies and strategies

    • On-boarding experience

    • Sound profiling experience

    • An ability to write ads with an understanding of keyword compatibility and SEO

    • The ability to recruit a wide spectrum of roles and cross pollinate job roles to place the right candidates
