Our client is a dynamic law firm specializing in intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications, and corporate law. They are currently searching for a Mid to Senior Associate specialising in intellectual property litigation to join their firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in intellectual property litigation.
Develop and implement litigation strategies to protect and enforce clients' IP rights.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on IP-related legal issues and provide strategic guidance.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Stay current with developments in IP law and related fields.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Admission as an Attorney
Experience: 3 – 6 years PQE
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
Strong knowledge of IP law.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
