    MVI Sales Engineer - Port Elizabeth

    Your role

    •  Achieve/exceed the annual sales target allocated for Eastern and Western Cape regions.
    •  Find and develop new MVI customers.
    •  Drive strategic market development for all sales channels, to increase market share and profitability.
    •  Realize (directly or in cooperation with partners) the whole sales process necessary to obtain the order. i.e., identify the opportunity, present proposal, demonstrate value, negotiate, and close the deal.
    •  Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers through visits, telephone calls and digital channels.
    •  Make daily use of our CRM system for customer data, visits, comments, quotes etc.
    •  Participate in seminars, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
    •  Ensure optimal and efficient territory coverage.
    •  Contribute to the development of business plans and sales strategy to achieve targets.
    •  Drive customer transformation through the strategic initiatives.
    •  Drive the Smart Integrated Assembly solutions in all MVI customers.

    To succeed, you will need

    •  University Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
    •  Fluency in English.
    •  Good organizational, planning and following-up skills.
    •  Minimum experience of 5 years in industrial sales.
    •  Good knowledge of motor vehicle industry markets is an advantage.
    •  Experience of assembly tools and fastening would be an advantage.
    •  Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, One Note).
    •  Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce
    •  Valid driver’s license.
    •  Dynamic, result oriented and self-motivating personality
    •  Good organizational, planning and follow up skills.
    •  Team player and open-minded personality, with the ability to listen to people.
    •  Strong customer and quality focus with ability to keep commitments, seek feedback and continuously drive customer satisfaction.
    •  Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with key customers at all levels.
    •  Punctuality is a must.
    •  Strong leadership skills
    •  Strong conflict resolution skills, ability to cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues and business partners at all levels.
    •  Team player.
    •  Flexibility.
