We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth across South Africa. This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring both the Company’s overall sales targets and each team member’s individual targets are consistently achieved.
You will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, and coach a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results. This position requires a results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proven track record of building and sustaining revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Business or Sales qualification advantageous
Proven track record in sales leadership with at least 8–10 years of sales management experience.
Plastics industry experience is an advantage
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership ability.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Ability to influence, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team.
