    New Vehicle Selling Sales Manager

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed new vehicle sales targets.
    • Setting clear, measurable goals for the team aligned with dealership objectives.
    • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, adjusting strategies where needed.
    • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to maintain high performance and morale.
    • Providing ongoing training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
    • Recruiting and onboarding new sales staff aligned with dealership culture and goals.
    • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Handling escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
    • Implementing follow-up strategies to convert leads and encourage repeat business.
    • Ensuring optimal stock levels aligned with customer demand and market trends.
    • Overseeing competitive pricing strategies within dealership margin guidelines.
    • Collaborating with marketing to promote offers, financing options, and trade-in deals.
    • Managing departmental budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Generating and analyzing sales reports to track progress and forecast performance.
    • Driving profitability while achieving sales and departmental goals.
    • Working closely with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
