Nursing Assistant Grade 1 TO 3 (Female and Children Ward) at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Qualification that allows for registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Nursing Assistant. Registration with a professional council: Registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant.

Experience:

• Grade 1: None
• Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant.
• Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant.
• Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work shifts, night duty, public holidays, after-hours, and weekend cover for nursing.
• Must be prepared to assist in all departments according to operational needs.
