    Office Administrator - Bellville

    We are seeking for an Office Administrator to assist with the general administration of the CBS program in respective nodes and to liaise with the provincial and site offices regarding their office requirements and processing thereof.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Providing Administrative support to the Outreach Team Leader team.
    • Collecting petty cash from the provincial office as when required.
    • Receive all grocery orders from site offices and place orders accordingly.
    • Liaise with site offices regarding “ad hoc” requirements from provincial office and vice versa.
    • Distribute printing, consumables, etc when needed.
    • Adhoc general admin and filing as requested.
    • Assist Community Coordinator with all delegated tasks.
    • Where necessary attend meetings with community coordinator.
    • Coordinate training in nodes (submission of nominations)
    • Assist with logistical arrangements of outreaches where necessary.
    • Maintain asset registers at site offices.
    • Act as liaison between site offices and provincial offices.
    • Assist in preparations with M&E governance Audits.
    • Assist with the distributing of timesheets to the Outreach Team Leader.
    • To liaise with the provincial and site offices regarding their office requirements and processing thereof

    Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

    • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
    • 1 years’ experience in working within the department of health community programmes.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
    • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Grade 12 or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
    • Driver’s license and own car
