About the job
Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management.
Have access to staff calendars in order to efficiently set and co-ordinate meetings.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support record keeping procedures and update of important documents and records in line with company IT staff policies and POPIA compliance.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Manage the upkeep and cleaning of the office.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Office based, Cape Town, Monday- Friday.
