    Office Administrator

    About the job

    • Our short term Insurance brokerage is seeking an accurate and customer focused administrator to join the team. 

    Responsibilities

    • Answering calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
    • Providing administrative support to the sales and claims team
    • Create and update records and databases
    • Follow up calls to clients, Insurers and suppliers
    • Process and review insurance documentation and ensure all documents are complete

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
    • Proven office administrative skills
    • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
