Implement Systems and Tools to Facilitate Submission and Registration and completion of learners on Discretionary Grant Learning Programmes
Verification of all submitted learner documentation
Provide feedback to employer on the outcome of the learner verifications
Follow up on remediation requirements of learner documentation
Recommend outcome of verification of learner documentation to Senior Officer
Respond to queries related to Discretionary Grant Learning Programmes
Maintain employers’ details
Collect, capture, and analyse information for review purposes
Ensure compliance to data control measures
Achievement of Work Plans
Execute work plans and drive the evidence collection in real time
Produce reports against the implementation of work plans
Respond to audit findings with complete evidence, on time
Implement documented data management practices
Comply to policies and procedures in the unit
Record, file and ensure the availability POP information
Requirements
A National Senior Certificate, at a minimum NQF 4
A National Diploma or equivalent qualification (NQF 6) in Financial Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or relevant fields required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an admininistrative role
Experience within the SETA environment will be advantageous
